ÜberQuell (Hamburg)

ÜberQuell GmbH - Brauwerkstätten” is an established brewery and brewing facility located in Hamburg, Germany. The name “ÜberQuell” can be translated as “abundant source,” likely reflecting their pursuit of abundant creativity and flavor in their range of beers.

Project executed in collaboration with Not Before Ten.

The project is situated in the River Kazematten in Hamburg, right next to the river Elbe, in the vibrant St. Pauli neighborhood. With graffiti covering almost every façade, the project resonates with the spirited essence of the neighborhood. The endeavor encompasses a microbrewery, a brew bar, a pizza restaurant, an expansive terrace, and a vegetable garden.
